Absolutely! Phone Hero will buy most iPhones in a variety of conditions. As long as there is still some functionality to it, we will more than likely buy it. Bring it in to one of our locations for a more accurate quote.

What is covered under Phone Hero's device repair warranty?

All screen repairs come with a lifetime limited warranty on the screen installed. This warranty covers any defects with the screen itself that does not include: cracks, damage to the LCD/OLED (discoloration in the screen, lines, blacked out display) or heavy scratches. Battery replacement warranties are ONE YEAR from purchase. Small part repairs (repairs not related to the screen) include a 100 day warranty on all parts installed. The warranty is void if there is accidental damage and or water damage to the device. Phone Hero is not responsible for anything that can not be tested prior to repair. Phone Hero is not responsible for issues related to software updates.

What is covered under Phone Hero's device sale warranty?

Phone Hero's device sale warranty covers any defects with the device that does not apply to defects or damages resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage ,liquid damage, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper repair by someone other other than Phone Hero, use of any other product other than Phone Hero's product, software updates, or unauthorized modification.

Yes! Phone Hero sells certified pre-owned devices that go through our 21 Point Inspection for functionality. We include a 6 month limited warranty that covers any defects with the device that isn't caused by accidental damage. We try to have a wide variety of phones in stock at all times.

How long will it take to repair my device?

A majority of devices repaired at Phone Hero have a same day turnaround. Most iPhone front glass LCD/OLED assembly repairs will be finished in 30 minutes or less! For more complex repairs, such as iPads or iPhone back glass, expect a longer turnaround typically between 3-4 hours. At Phone Hero, we strive to get our customer's devices back in their hands as quick as possible.
